Off-Topic of the week - Charlie Sheen a CIA Agent?

Like most folks, I have been following this crazy Charlie Sheen shit.  And I love it.

I loved his quote......

"I don't understand what I did wrong, other than live a life that people are jealous of."

Well now this guy speculates that Sheen might be a CIA agent......

  3. I haven't figured out if he's genuinely batshit crazy or just enjoying his Joaquin Phoenix moment. Either way, those kids shouldn't even be on the same continent as him. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to winning everything, all the time. Tiger blood!

  8. Paul, do you even consider that lift a "Military Press"? Looked more like an incline bench press.

#1 His back wasn't even against the chair, which was conveniently obscured by the guy filming. His butt must have been out at least a foot and a half.

#2 The angle of the his head is going back from the bar 45 degrees.

An overhead press is exactly that right? Overhead? Standing with both feet on the ground and the bar directly above? AKA, clean and press?

I see this a lot from guys wanting to lift more than they can. They screw the form up so bad it becomes an entirely different lift. Strong lift for sure, but not at all what those guys think it is.

  9. Well I could criticize but I sometimes get some lean in my seated press as well. I will just say that the standing press is still the king of overhead pressing strength. Esp if it's strict. That's the best judge of it IMO.

  11. Yup. Casey is a crazy strong presser. While he may have some back arch there, it doesn't really matter at that point. Anyone that can move 405 like that overhead has great pressing strength.
