Flex Machine Rows - 5 sets of 12 up to the whole stack
Notes - Felt tired as shit. Not a great way to kick off the first week of meet training but hey, it is what it is. I didn't weigh. If I had to guess, 247 or so. The triples with 365 were a mixed bag. The first set was so fast I checked to see if I indeed had the 25's on. I did. The second set was off, and the third set felt like shit. The back offs with 315 also felt homoerotic, and I'm a straight guy. So that should tell you something.
Overall, an 80%er, however not anything worth bragging about. Next week is inclines. So bench one week, incline the next. Just like old times.
