Training - Day 2 assistance

upright rows - 3x15
poundstone curls - barx130
side twist machine - 5x10
decline sit ups - 2x15
calf raises - 5x10
low back machine - 5x10
rope pushdowns - 2x50

This done in 40 minutes.  All light for "movement" purposes.
