Flex Machine Rows - stack x 6 sets of 10 using 3 different hand grips

Notes - NOT a great session.  I think I have some kind of cold or something.  Came home and laid down for about half an hour before this session but couldn't fall asleep.  The 425 was slower than I wanted.  I think on an even normal night it's lots faster.  This is ok, as I'm pleased to hit it pretty easily on a bad night.

  1. Curious, would you count that 0.5 @315 as a missed rep or because it's a back off set it is treated differently?

    1. that was an AMAP set (as many as possible) so I do treat it different. I'm surprised that missed that rep honestly. It still felt light but the "gas" was all gone at that point.

  5. Until I realized it was your wife, I was thinking, "maybe Paul didn't have a great session because of a distraction". Then again, it was naive of me to think that you would get distracted like that in the first place.

    I didn't realize you served in the Air Force. I did as well, 6 years, 04-10. How about you?
