Video about me and my training partner

My daughters school did this.  I've gotten lots of questions from people about getting your kids into training so maybe this gives a little insight about our relationship in that regard.

  3. What makes it even better is you understand how special it really is and I would bet my house you relish every moment for all its worth. I'm happy for anyone who is able to have a great relationship with their daughter. The fact you are able to share something as important to us as lifting makes it that much cooler.

Life is good Paul. Take care and enjoy.

  6. Great video! It really enforces the concept behind "Strength, Life, Legacy" in that training with your daughter, and the bond you two share, is even greater than any individual accomplishment you have achieved. Training, and all the benefits we receive from doing it, is important, but there are other important things to work on as well. Balance is the key.

You've posted many inspirational things on this blog, and this ranks right up there with the best of your material. Thank you for sharing this :)

  7. I agree with Rick, this is one of the best things you have posted on this blog Paul. Congrats on those moments you have with your daughter and my you have more. Thanks for the extra motivation to clean out my garage and dust off the rack. Please post more on you and your training partner. All the best!

  8. When you created a video that makes grown macho-men go...."awww, look at that".... you know its really special. Family, pride, supporting one another, there's nothing greater. That was amazing to watch, and I am deaf. I didn't hear a word ya'll said...but I didnt need to. Not when you have something as special as that.

    Strength, Life, Legacy...
