Rows semi-strict... is that with the rhomboids fully contracted but the bar not necessarily in contact with the chest?ReplyDelete

Do you use a mixed grip on those shrugs? Would alternating the under and over hands prevent any imbalance or does it not matter?

On a related question - stiff legs OR deficit deads? What's the difference, and do you use both?
What's the difference? Well one is just a deadlift where you stand on something to increase the ROM, and the other one is where you keep the legs somewhat rigid (you know, not bend em?) to get more hamstring involvement.Delete
