Notes - Felt pretty solid today.  Weight is slowly coming down now, but energy is still pretty good.

Also, hard copies of SLL are being printed so if you want one, I will have the pre-order up Monday.  I don't plan on carrying extra stock so if you want one, you will have to pre-order.

  2. Hey Paul. Do you usually start your elevated SLDL in a racked position like that, or do you sometimes pull from the ground? Nice lifts! Keep up the hard work!

  3. That 1.5 rep you got with 585...is that because you were expecting more, but didn't make it so then you went back down to 545 for more reps?

    1. I was planning on a triple there. I had already done a triple at 545 before that.

  4. What did you do in the military? Do you compete in MMA?

    1. I was a 3c031. Computer operations.

      I never competed in MMA. I did full contact tournament style fighting when I was younger. I have with trained and fought/sparred with guys who do compete in MMA over the past 4 years.

    What kind of shoes are you pulling in here?

    Also, do you find that for someone who uses quads a lot from the floor, that shoes with a raised heel (olympic lifting shoes) work best or do you prefer flats?
