Since someone asked me if I had any pics from the days I was training to go back into the military.............

  2. Hi paul ive got a question about off season training for athletes. Im just coming to the end of the rugby season and have been doing your two day a week lifting in the season but have always struggled with how to structure the off season work. I bought lrb365 and was planning on basing the phases on this but wasn't sure what order to run them. I have from april to September, any suggestions?

    1. I'd do most of the offseason using the LRB template. Then switch to the conditioning phase at the track 6 weeks before you start rugby practice.

  4. Thanks for posting. You look like a force to be reckoned with in that first pic and so much thicker in the recent one. Years old deads, low bar squats and shrugs will do that to you
