Hey, quick question. How would you go about increasing the intensity of DB rows. My gym only has 'em up to 100lbs and I can already use those pretty easily for 3x5 as outlined in the "Squat Push and Pull" program. More sets/reps or I was thinking of getting some Fat Gripz? Thanks- Charlie
Just turn em into kroc rows. Nothing wrong with that really. Or if you like the 5 rep range what I do is use the low cable machine and row with 1 handle. Pretty fun.
