  1. What numbers are you shooting for at the meet?

  2. Squat - 650-660

    Close Grip - 460-470

    Deadlift - 700

I'd like to eclipse 1800 beltless @ 242. I'm pretty sure I'd be the only guy at 1800 that did it without a belt in that weight class.

  3. will be following this closely, looks awesome. Is strong15 reloaded still on the menu for later 2012?

  4. You have trained without a belt for so long do you feel like wearing one wouldn't add anything

I know some ex weughtlifters who squat massive without them and say if they used one they'd probably squat less

  5. Bb - Could probably get something out of a belt if I wore one again. You just have to know how to uses it to create internal pressure to stabilize the midsection. I just choose not to after all this time.

  6. At your training age do you still plan out your approach with percentages or do you ballpark where you should be and work from there?

There is some buzz around Mike T's RTS approach which uses RPEs and fatigue stops, etc. to tailor training to daily abilities. What do you think about it?

  7. Dave - I use the strong-15. I think Mike T is a super smart dude, I just don't feel like putting THAT much thought into training. It's still just lifting weights.

  10. Paul, I was reading some of your older stuff, and I came across a post where you were talking about having high BP. What did you find to be most effective in bringing it down?
