Shrugs - 500 x 10
Ab Wheel - 4 x 10

Notes - Felt like shit.  Just got it in and called it a night.  I'm taking the next 9 days off.  I'm mentally burnt.  I am just going to do steady state work until next Saturday when I start meet training.
