I rate sessions whether they are 80% (average session, not bad not great), a +10% which is an awesome workout, and a -10% which is where everything sucks and you feel like shit.ReplyDelete
It's based on the philosophy that 80% of the workouts you will ever do are just run of the mill workouts that are part of building your foundation.
10% will be awesome, and 10% will suck ass.
