Training - Small Session #1

241 pounds.  Nice session.  Went to Red Lobster after and ate some Rainbow Trout.


  1. Paul,

    I just want to make sure I understand correctly. You said before that you usually do 2 big sessions and 4 small sessions per week. This small session that you did... Was that your workout for the day?

    Also... Is there any chance that you're going to show up to any of the IPA meets at York Barbell in York, PA? There are several of them scheduled for the remainder of the year. Weightlifting Hall of Fame is there as well.

    1. Yes that was the workout. I had intended to do cardio after, but it was later than usual so I ended up just going to get something to eat.

      Meet plans are probably a UPA meet in the winter.
