Training - Press - Pull - Pipes

Seated Row - 5x20
Barbell Curl - 65x100 total reps (4 sets I think)
Rope Pushdowns - 100 reps

Notes - FINALLY a decent session.  The singles at 365 felt like an empty bar.  Really fast speed.
