Training - Squat hell

I know it wasn't called for it, but I squatted.

Pause Squats -
high bar -

135 x 10
225x3,3
315x3,3,3

Low Bar - 315x3x3

Band Pull Aparts - 5x20

Notes - Went with instinct tonight and just squatted.  That's what your code is for.  To let you know what you need to get back to doing.  Right?
