405 x 5

1 legged squats - 5x15
1 legged calf raises - 100 reps (total)

Notes - Have some kind of virus.  Felt like shit, so I was just happy enough to get this one in.

  1. Out of curiosity, when you say 1 legged squats do you mean pistols? Or like a lunge/skater squat type dealio?
